If you have selected a painting that you're interested in, payment can be handled in several ways. Suzanne Barrett Justis Fine Art can take Master Card and Visa payments. After payment has been processed, the painting will be shipped directly to you in the matter of your choosing. If you have no preference, shipping will be through the US Postal Service. The painting will be insured for it's cost. Please inform Suzanne Barrett Justis upon arrival of your painting to let her know that you received it in perfect condition and that you love the painting.
For Pet portraits, please contact Suzanne before sending her photos of your pet. The photos should be taken in as natural a light as possible with no flash . It is also better to get on your pet's level to take the photographs to avoid any distortion of your pet's form. Once you have made contact with Suzanne and the type of painting is established, a non-refundable deposit is required to start the painting. This amount is half of the total purchase price. After the painting is near completion, Suzanne will be able to send you pictures of the painting for your approval. Any changes that need to be made to the painting will done at this time only. Once approval is made, and the balance of painting has been processed, the painting will have it's final touches made and then shipped once it is dry. Allow several weeks after final approval for shipping as oil paint can take a little longer to dry.
If you need a commissioned piece for your home that is color specific or you are working with an interior designer, please contact Suzanne for a consultation of your specific needs. She can work closely with you or your interior designer to create the perfect piece for your home's decor. Color swatches of wall paint, fabrics and flooring are helpful in getting the exact colors for your painting. Once a size and concept have been chosen for your painting, a non-refundable deposit for half the purchase price of the painting is required to get started. The balance of the purchase price is collected upon completion and final approval of the painting . After the payment has been processed, the painting will ship out.
